Client-side item storage - remember where you've put things.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Chest Tracker is a client-side storage memory that records items from containers you have seen, so you can search for them later in worlds, Realms, and multiplayer servers without revealing containers you have not opened. Its searchable GUI groups memories by dimension or special storage such as Ender Chests, and lets you filter and sort items, choose container types, and click an item to find its remembered location; it can also unpack contents of shulker boxes, bundles, and similar nested items into the item list. The mod can show and let you change container names on your client, and keeps separate memory banks and user profiles for different worlds or connections. Integrations connect its remembered contents to REI, JEI, and EMI searches, display container contents through Jade or WTHIT, and provide client-side Ender Chest previews in Shulker Box Tooltip; Litematica can use nearby containers and Ender Chests in material lists. It also has specific handling for Hypixel Skyblock private islands and Ender Chests, as well as Hypixel SMPs.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 5 areas: User interfaceChanges 2 game code files in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay., Networking and multiplayerChanges 1 game code file in this area: connections, the server list and what is sent between your game and a server., Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting., Blocks and fluidsChanges 1 game code file in this area: how blocks, fluids and redstone work. and Game data and resourcesChanges 1 game code file in this area: recipes, tags, advancements, language files and other game data..
Libraries packed inside it change 5 more game code files: JackFredLib: Lying, JackFredLib: Extra Command Source Data and JackFredLib: GPS.
Adds 2 key bindings: Open Chest Tracker GUI and Search for item.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
