A simple but flexible block to allow swapping hotbar and armor easily.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Gear Swapper adds an in-game block for saving and quickly switching between up to four hotbar and armor setups. Sneak-left-click a slot to remember your current setup, then right-click it to restore it; saved setups can preserve item quantities, leave originally empty slots untouched, or clear selected slots. When restoring gear, the block searches the player's inventory, its 4×4 internal buffer, and adjacent inventories for needed items, while displaced items are stored according to configurable priorities. Example configurations include mining gear with a sword, pickaxe, torches, sand, and armor, a gardening setup without armor, a tech-work setup, and a configuration that clears the hotbar and armor slots. The mod also supports Bauble inventory when available and offers stone, wood, lapis lazuli, iron, and glass block variants, with an option for a modded texture.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Adds 6 blocks, 1 item and 5 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
