Iron Age Furniture adds practical, rustic seating and lighting for Minecraft builds, with chairs, stools and connected benches in place of modern-style furniture. Its seating includes classic and shield-back chairs, short and tall stools, and plain, log, backed and padded benches; padded benches can be made in all sixteen upholstery colours. The furniture also includes wooden and canopy beds, double beds, wingback chairs and thrones, with beds and upgraded chairs crafted from matching furniture, wood and, for chair upgrades, carpet. Lighting options include candles, torch and twin-torch sconces, glow and redstone lamps, and lava lamps; candles can be carried with a small flame and smoke, while nearby illumination from a held candle requires a separate dynamic-light feature. Lava lamps can be thrown, and lamps released from sconces can shatter on dry ground and ignite the landing area; contact with water turns a thrown lamp into an obsidian chunk. Optional furniture integrations provide matching wood designs for Biomes O’ Plenty, Natura, Forestry and Immersive Engineering, with further sconce materials from Base Metals and Mineralogy and chair-conversion recipes for MrCrayfish’s Furniture Mod.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
An AI tool may have been used
Claude Code, Codex and 1 more tool are named in the ignore list of its repository.
This does not show that it was used to make the files you download.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
