Random Enchants expands Minecraft’s enchantment system with a broad collection of practical, combat-focused, and quirky enchantments, alongside curses that impose drawbacks on equipment. General enchantments include Solar, which slowly repairs equipment outdoors; Eternal, which prevents items from despawning over time; Resistant, which protects items from most damage; Magnetic, which draws mined blocks and mob drops into the player’s inventory; and Global Traveler, which sends drops to a linked inventory. Bow enchantments change how arrows behave: Exploding arrows detonate on mobs without damaging blocks, Homing arrows track many mobs, Phasing arrows pass through walls, Piercing arrows can hit multiple mobs, and Ricochet arrows bounce off surfaces. Other bow effects include harvesting plants, reducing draw time, breaking glass, placing a torch at the arrow’s landing point, removing arrow drop, and teleporting either the arrow or the shooter, with the latter avoiding unsafe destinations such as lava. Enchantments shared by bows and swords add effects such as launching struck mobs upward, disarming them, making them float or unable to move, and striking them with lightning; Swiftness increases attack speed, while True Lifesteal restores health from damage dealt. Swords can gain Combo, which increases damage with successive hits and resets when a strike hits air or a block, while tools offer mining effects such as equalized mining speed across harder blocks, faster mining of consecutive identical blocks, and boosted speed against obsidian. Tool enchantments also include Randomness, which makes mined blocks drop random items, Stonebound, which trades damage for mining speed as durability falls, Stonelover, which can restore durability when mining stone, and Lumberjack, a tree-chopping effect that may not work on branching trees. Fishing rods can pull armor off struck mobs with Snatching or launch the player when used on a block with Grappling, while chestplates with Deflect vaporize incoming arrows other than player-fired arrows. The curses include Breaking, which accelerates tool wear, Fumbling, which reduces mining speed, and Shadows, which weakens equipment in light; Butterfingers is also listed as a curse.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
