About
Rough Tweaks makes Minecraft’s health system more challenging, with configurable changes designed originally for the hardcore modpack Rough Survival. It disables natural health regeneration when a world is joined, while sleeping restores one heart. The mod adds five healing items that each restore half a heart when used: Salves can be used twice, Plasters four times, Bandages six times, and Medikits and Enchanted Medikits sixteen times; the enchanted version also grants brief Absorption. Hostile mobs can drop Salves, Plasters, or Bandages, and the items can also be crafted. Every feature can be switched off or adjusted in the configuration.
