The modpack used on the BounceSMP server.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 247 graded mods, 138 are graded A or B, 31 C and 78 D to F. Its last update came out 2.9 years ago, for Minecraft 1.18.2. See the mods
BounceSMP: Public is the modpack used on the BounceSMP server, bringing together gameplay additions and tools for adding custom content to a Minecraft world. Players can use the included tools to create or add blocks, cosmetics, and emotes made by themselves or other creators, with Blockbench recommended for modeling. Gameplay includes jobs and races, with an optional single-player job that grants all recipes and abilities; admins can also enable extra origins after players have chosen their job and race. The pack adds or configures weapons, armor, materials, quests, and creature interactions, including mermaid spears and coral daggers, Emeraldite and Pendorite in the Extractinator, and mob-catching behavior for releasing captured creatures.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.2 · Fabric, 18 Nov 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
5 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 18 Nov 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 258 of its 260 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
12 mods send something about you
We read the code of 251 of its 253 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 7 of the 189 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
64 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
