Survive nights stalked by creepy creatures lurking throughout your world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 37 graded mods, 19 are graded A or B, 6 C and 12 D to F. Its last update came out 6 months ago, for Minecraft 1.19.2. See the mods
A Dweller's Night is a horror-focused modpack that fills Minecraft with hostile creatures and unsettling encounters, turning survival into a fight against anomalies that stalk, watch, or surprise the player. Its creature roster includes Herobrine, the Steve Dweller with its elongated mouth, the Villager Dweller that may appear near villagers at night, the Cave Dweller lurking underground, and the Origin, a larger version of the Cave Dweller. Other threats include the Yeti in cold biomes, the Man From The Fog, the distant-stalking Man From The Shadow, the player-sized Midnight Lurker, and the One Who Watches, which appears more often as Minecraft days pass. The pack also features the Screaming Sheep, which can spawn almost anywhere and repeatedly scream, the door-knocking Knocker, the nighttime Apollyon, Simon_12, and the large, dark Rolling Giant. The experience includes jump scares and sudden loud noises.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Forge, 5 May 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 29 Apr 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 35 of its 38 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Its mods send nothing about you
We read the code of 32 of its 36 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 22 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
14 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
