Arcreux Enhanced Pixelmon is a Pixelmon-focused modpack that adds convenience, exploration, building, and multiplayer features around the Pokémon-catching experience. Players start in a town with an unbreakable iron paxel, a Nature Compass for finding biomes, ten Poké Balls, two potions, an Exp Share, a guidebook, and a self-trade machine that helps solo players complete the Pokédex. The starter kit also includes a portable, upgradeable Nomadic Tent and a Sophisticated Backpack with upgrade options, while a portable crafting table supports crafting on the move. JourneyMap displays Pokémon icons and waypoints, and village waystones provide quick travel; the pack also includes a Gym Finder. Berry and apricorn farming is supported by Botany Pots integrated with Pixelmon, with hopper pots enabling farm automation, and the pack includes an upgradeable Iron Chest and a Furnace Mk.2 with XP storage. Effortless Building provides a building wheel for placing blocks, bridging, and terrain repair, and the pack adds base-building support such as chunk claims and Macaw building mods. Other practical additions include item stacks of up to 999, faster ladder climbing, Better Hunger, Better Diving with a suit for underwater Pokémon catching, and a jetpack for flight. Preinstalled Pixelmon datapacks include Pixelmon Unbound, Better Flying, and No Breeding Requirement, alongside other gameplay adjustments. Pixelmon settings raise the maximum level to 251, increase shiny and legendary encounter chances, and allow Pokémon to heal when players sleep in a bed; keep-inventory is enabled by default. The pack also offers an Aernas server with GTS and auction features and a stated capacity of 20 players.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 6 Oct 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 12 Aug 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 116 of its 121 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 112 of its 118 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (6 Oct 2023) in the 93 mods we checked.
14 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
25 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
