About
Enigmatica 2: Light is a lighter, quest-focused take on Enigmatica 2, designed to guide players through a broad mix of technology, magic, adventure, and building mods. Its 800-plus quests help introduce the pack’s more than 200 mods, including Thermal Expansion, Tinkers’ Construct, Mekanism, Thaumcraft, Astral Sorcery, Immersive Engineering, Applied Energistics, NuclearCraft, Ender IO, Botania, and Blood Magic. The pack aims for balanced play without gating, and its extensively adjusted power generation makes a wider range of generators worthwhile; Mekanism also converts IndustrialCraft 2 EU to RF and back. For exploration, it offers additional dimensions as well as custom planets and solar systems, and players can create dimensions of their own. Building-focused additions include Chisels & Bits, Chisel, Building Gadgets, ArchitectureCraft, and BlockCraftery.
