Explore a high fantasy world filled with creatures, dungeons, and treasure.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 155 graded mods, 53 are graded A or B, 29 C and 73 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Pearls, Pixies, and Dragons is a low-tech, high-fantasy modpack that reshapes exploration with new surface and underground biomes, more immersive sounds, a more vibrant sky, and water that fizzles when placed near lava. Abandoned structures appear across the landscape, with some leading to underground dungeons filled with valuable loot. The world is home to friendly, tamable deer and mischievous pixies, as well as formidable dragons. For protection, players can craft basic armor from nearly any block or make monstrous armor from slain creatures, and they can upgrade chests to hold much more loot.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 5 May 2019). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
4 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 4 May 2019 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 161 of its 163 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 160 of its 163 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (5 May 2019) in the 79 mods we checked.
5 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
84 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
