Catch Pixelmon while exploring modded worlds across the stars.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 127 graded mods, 45 are graded A or B, 25 C and 57 D to F. Its last update came out 5.9 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Pixelmon Galaxies is a modpack that combines Pixelmon collecting with a modded, spacefaring progression, beginning on a platform in the sky with little to nothing. Players build multiblocks using Magneticraft, Immersive Engineering and Advanced Rocketry, then construct rockets to reach more than 20 custom planets, each with unique Pixelmon. Travel between worlds can continue aboard a warp-capable starship, and a stargate provides a way back to previously visited worlds. Blood Magic, Botania, Embers and Thaumcraft contribute magical crafting options for making items such as Poké Balls, alongside the pack’s technical and mechanical progression. Quests guide players through the custom progression and offer rewards, while Pokédex-based achievements unlock keys to certain planets. The pack is playable solo or with friends, and includes server files for group play.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 9 Dec 2020). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 2 Dec 2020 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 132 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 131 of its 132 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 10 of the 71 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
61 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
