A lightweight questing pack for exploring new worlds and dimensions.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 116 graded mods, 42 are graded A or B, 23 C and 51 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.10.2. See the mods
Project Ozone Lite is a lightweight take on the Project Ozone experience, designed to bring its feel to computers that may struggle with a full-sized pack while supporting multiplayer and performance. It contains 135 mods and can be played in a standard world or Botania’s Garden of Glass skyblock world, where players can remake the world or settle in a chosen land or dimension. Better Questing provides a progression path built mostly around retrieval tasks, with quests configured to detect completions even when they have not been unlocked. The pack combines technology and automation, including Mekanism, Thermal Expansion, Ender IO, Applied Energistics 2, and Extreme Reactors, with resource and farming systems such as Ex Nihilo Adscensio, Mystical Agriculture, and Pam’s HarvestCraft. Players can also build and customize with Tinkers’ Construct, Chisels & Bits, Chisel, and Better Builder’s Wands, and pursue magic or high-end crafting through Botania, ProjectE, Draconic Evolution, and Avaritia.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.10.2 · Forge, 21 Jan 2018). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 30 Dec 2017 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 121 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 121 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (21 Jan 2018) in the 60 mods we checked.
5 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
61 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
