An underwater exploration quest pack.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 195 graded mods, 109 are graded A or B, 38 C and 48 D to F. Its last update came out 4.5 years ago, for Minecraft 1.16.5. See the mods
Rustic Waters II is an underwater exploration and ocean-skyblock modpack that continues the original Seablock: Rustic Waters with a highly customized, integrated set of mods. Progression is not Expert Mode; players balance learning the pack’s systems with making the most of limited space. Its story is presented through an art-filled questbook, voice acting, and dialogue boxes, giving the pack a narrative adventure alongside its gameplay. The expansive, dynamic world contains dozens of points of interest, and customized dungeon and point-of-interest loot makes exploration rewarding. The pack also supports cooperative server play: players begin at a main hub, then follow an initial quest to create and teleport to their own hub, with support for up to 17 players.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 24 Apr 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 12 Apr 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked all 198 mods, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
3 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 198 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 11 of the 141 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
57 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
