A modpack mixing technology, magic, exploration, and adventure.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 135 graded mods, 82 are graded A or B, 29 C and 24 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.14.4. See the mods
Valhelsia 1 is a curated modpack combining technology, magic, exploration, and adventure, with a selection of community favorites alongside original additions. Its exploration content includes new world generation, the Midnight dimension, added biomes, and structures from Valhelsia Structures, while Biomes O’ Plenty and The Endergetic Expansion broaden the range of landscapes and environments. For building and settlement, the pack adds decorative blocks and furniture, with examples including EmbellishCraft, MrCrayfish’s Furniture Mod, Macaw’s Bridges, and Minecolonies. Technology-focused play includes fully automatic factories and systems for processing, transport, and storage, with mods such as Create, Silent’s Mechanisms, Tubes Reloaded, Refined Storage, XNet, and Industrial Foregoing. Magic and equipment options include Botania, Forbidden and Arcanus, modular gear from Silent Gear, backpacks, and a tool belt. The pack also adds food and farming choices through Simple Farming, Aquaculture 2, and Cooking for Blockheads, alongside creatures such as Better Animals Plus and Mutant Beasts.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.14.4 · Forge, 11 Dec 2021). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 140 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Its mods send nothing about you
We read the code of all 140 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (11 Dec 2021) in the 104 mods we checked.
6 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
36 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
