A vanilla modpack with smoother performance and handy tools.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 44 graded mods, 44 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 6 weeks ago, for Minecraft 26.2. See the mods
Yoru is a pre-configured vanilla-focused modpack designed to improve performance and add practical quality-of-life features for both new and experienced players, with little setup needed. Its performance and rendering toolkit includes Sodium, Iris, Lithium, FerriteCore, EntityCulling, C2ME and other memory, rendering and general optimizations, with support for Complementary v4, Complementary Reimagined and Shimple shaders. Everyday conveniences include inventory sorting and item-management tools, shulker viewing, map and waypoint navigation through Xaero’s Minimap and World Map, and visual and audio touches such as 3D skin layers, falling leaves, eating animations, footsteps and sound physics. For technical play and world editing, the pack includes Litematica, MiniHUD, Tweakeroo, Axiom and WorldEdit CUI, alongside features such as freecam, automatic tool selection and refill, and configurable HUD rendering. The interface is configured with usability in mind, including a handy default UI and blur setup, while shader selection and other options are available through in-game menus.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 26.2 · Fabric, 14 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 44 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 42 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 42 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
