Chat Reporting Helper is an educational resource pack that clarifies where Minecraft chat messages can be reported, using short, accurate, non-technical wording without taking a position on whether chat reporting is good or bad. It revises tooltips for vanilla report buttons and chat indicators, the warning that messages cannot be verified, the “Only Show Secure Chat” label and tooltip, and the description in the report textbox. When No Chat Reports is installed, the pack also changes its status icons and tooltips to explain whether chat reporting is unknown, unavailable, opted out of by the player, available for all messages, or, on Realms, accompanied by passive monitoring. The pack focuses on practical server behavior, is available in several languages, and explains rather than protects: it does not hide reporting indicators or warning toasts, change report or ban reasons, alter the ban screen, or replace the features of No Chat Reports.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
Has files for 2 other mods: Fo and Nochatreports.
Textures are mostly 20 by 20 pixels.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
