    About

    MCSX PSX Custom Shader adapts the PSX shaderpack to give Minecraft a PlayStation 1-era look, with chunky pixels and affine texture warping, and is intended for the MCSX horror modpack. Its distinctive colored floodfill lighting is configurable through the block.properties file, alongside updated sky and fog effects, color correction, and multiple fog passes for translucent objects. The shader also adds a 2D billboarding effect to many flat surfaces, optional CRT filters, waving water and lava, and sharper sign text, with further tweaks for mod compatibility.
