This author published several projects at once on Modrinth: up to 12 projects published within 2 weeks. 12 of the author's 39 projects have only one release and no source code link. A series of small add-ons is often published this way. It does not change the grade.
Hysteria is a customizable, horror-themed shaderpack and successor to Insanity Shader, built on Photon to give Minecraft a stylized, eerie atmosphere. Its visual effects include volumetric clouds and ground-level or distant fog, changing cloud and color conditions with dynamic weather, and colored lighting, including support for labPBR resource packs. Dark nights and especially dark Nether and End environments reinforce the horror mood, while Distant Horizons support lets the view extend to distant terrain; that support is described as experimental. A user-friendly configuration menu, including quick options, lets players adjust the shader, and the pack is described as optimized for a range of modern PCs, including lower-end GPUs.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes nothing in how the game looks.
Settings in English. Has programs for Distant Horizons.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a shader cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A shader has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
