About
Blur makes the world behind Minecraft interfaces less distracting by applying a Gaussian blur to GUI backgrounds, with a fade-in as the interface opens. You can customize the blur strength and fade time, as well as the overlay’s opacity and two-color gradient; the effect can also be adjusted through resource packs and works with shaders. The effect is shown on interfaces such as the furnace, crafting table, chests, and creative inventory, while the chat is excluded by default.
