Demagnetize prevents item magnets from picking up items within a demagnetizer’s area, helping avoid interference with item-based automation such as the Actually Additions Atomic Reconstructor. Demagnetizers can be controlled by redstone or filters so they activate only when needed, while the Advanced Demagnetizer provides a larger range and more filter slots.
