    About

    Eidolon is a dark-magic mod centered on alchemy, theurgy, necromancy, and the manipulation of souls. Its rituals use soul shards at a brazier to create items, summon monsters, and protect large areas from hostile creatures; one example is the soul crystallization ritual. Theurgy involves building and upgrading an altar, making sacrifices, and earning the dark lord’s favor to uncover knowledge or gain abilities. For crafting and equipment, players can brew at a crucible and tinker at a magical workbench, using soul shards and other ingredients to make weapons, tools, armor, and curios. The world also features the abandoned lab underground structure and undead enemies such as the wraith and zombie brute, alongside items including the void amulet and soul enchanter. The Ars Ecclesia serves as an in-game guide to the mod’s features and recipes.
