    About

    Forestry: CE continues the classic Forestry mod, adding systems for breeding and studying bees, trees, and butterflies alongside automated farming and other nature-focused features. Crossbreeding can produce new species through mutations, while inherited genomes shape traits such as activity periods, lifespan, fertility, climate preferences, and effects; hybrids can also combine products or effects from both parents. Beekeeping includes hives and the advanced Alveary multiblock, with bees producing items as they work and special drops when jubilant under the right conditions. Tree cultivation includes fruit-bearing orchards with 14 fruit-tree types, including Baobab, Padauk, and Coconut Palm, as well as crops that farms can automatically harvest and replant. The mod also adds butterflies, backpacks, a mail system, renewable energy production, and new building materials such as waxstone, candles, ash bricks, and iron metal plating.
