    About

    Giacomo's Bookshelf adds a place to store books, maps, and paper, while also supplying power to an enchantment table. The bookshelf has nine inventory slots and comes in 11 wood-based variants, including crimson. Its enchantment power depends on how many books it holds: fewer than three reduces its power, while three or more provides full power, allowing one bookshelf with 45 books to match the power of 15 regular bookshelves. When broken, it drops its stored contents; with a silk-touch tool, it drops as a bookshelf that retains those items for retrieval when placed again.
