About
Immersive Storms is a client-side mod that adds weather-responsive fog, particles, and ambient wind to Minecraft biomes. Rain brings dense, windblown sand and reduced visibility to deserts, badlands, and savannas, with especially thick fog during thunderstorms. Snowy and icy biomes become foggier during thunderstorms, creating blizzard-like conditions, while rain blankets swamps, dark forests, and Pale Gardens in dense fog. Pale Gardens also receive black rain, and deserts, badlands, mountains, and windswept hills have ambient wind effects that carry dust or rock particles. Biome tags let users configure which biomes receive sandstorms, blizzard fog, dense fog, wind, and black rain.
