About
Just Leveling adds an RPG-style progression system in which players develop aptitudes, improve passives, unlock skills, and earn titles with requirements. Its aptitudes cover building, constitution, defense, dexterity, intelligence, luck, magic, and strength, with progression that can improve attributes such as health, armor, movement speed, attack damage, and potion duration. Skills add specific effects across exploration and combat: Treasure Hunter can uncover items while digging in dirt, Obsidian Smasher speeds up obsidian mining, Haggler discounts villager trades, and Lucky Drop can double mob drops. Other examples include breathing underwater longer, walking on powder snow, avoiding Ender Pearl damage, and accessing an Ender Chest from the inventory. Aptitude levels gate passive upgrades, skills, and item requirements, while titles also have requirements and can be displayed on the player's nameplate. Players can review skills and change their title through the leveling screen, and the mod also allows creators to add custom skills and titles.
