A Create package focusing on automation.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 109 graded mods, 86 are graded A or B, 19 C and 4 D to F. Its last update came out 3 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Create: The Brass Concerto is an automation-focused modpack that casts you as an engineer stranded in another world, building a vast factory to find a way home. Its production challenges range from vein mining and rail transport to petroleum processing, metallurgy, chemical and electrochemical manufacturing, and microbial cultivation, then extend into computer engineering, satellite launches, interplanetary rocket transport, and a space elevator. Automation is the central goal: the pack adds recipes for automating many items and uses Create-based machines and distinctive multiblock machinery, including a steam generator whose structure players can design and connect to other machines. The opening is geared toward getting industry underway quickly: your starting spaceship carries supplies, while an emergency industrial platform can make a flat factory site and a blueprint station helps produce multiblock machines. Ponder-style in-game guidance covers important features and machines, and ready-made blueprints are available for multiblock machines and BlockCrafting recipes, with a Blueprint Builder to help obtain their materials. The pack also includes custom models and textures for its machinery and other assets.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 2 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 7 Apr 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 109 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 108 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 8 of the 91 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
4 other mods show AI use only from after this release (2 Oct 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
17 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
