Origins Adventure is a fantasy adventure modpack built around Origins and other Fabric mods, combining race and class choices with exploration and progression. Players choose a race and class for their character, with race abilities that can include phasing through walls like a phantom or flying with an elytra. The world offers expanded biomes and creatures, a reworked End, an expanded Nether, and new structures, including dungeons, mineshafts, strongholds, bridges, underground villages, and graveyards. Exploration leads to powerful ores, including materials described as stronger than netherite, and the pack also supports gathering resources to travel to space. Its broader adventure content includes bosses and fantasy-themed additions such as Bewitchment, Botania, Eldritch Mobs, and Bosses of Mass Destruction, alongside weapons, armor, artifacts, and mounts.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.1 · Fabric, 19 Sep 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 1 Feb 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 173 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 173 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (19 Sep 2023) in the 127 mods we checked.
8 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
46 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
