About
Truly Essentials First Step is a lightly vanilla-focused modpack of about 100 mods, intended both to improve everyday Minecraft play without making it feel too heavily modified and to serve as a starting point for building a custom modpack. Its additions include performance optimizations and shader support, recipe lookup, a minimap with waypoint settings, immersive ambient sounds, more realistic animal behavior, simple or natural structures, and vanilla-friendly decorations.
