Survive a plane crash and face dangerous wildlife in the woods.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 83 graded mods, 59 are graded A or B, 17 C and 7 D to F. Its last update came out 22 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Wilderness Planecrash is a survival modpack built around the aftermath of a plane crash, leaving you stranded among the wreckage in a wilderness that feels far from safe. Its creature-focused additions include animals from Alex’s Mobs, sharks, Mothman, and giant spiders, giving the woods and surrounding waters a range of potential threats. Survival is made tougher with mods such as Harder Natural Healing, Mob Strength, and Enhanced AI, while No Tree Punching changes the early-game experience of gathering wood. The pack also includes exploration and building additions such as Biome Makeover, Paraglider, Decorative Blocks, and Create Deco.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 23 Dec 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 83 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of 75 of its 76 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 4 of the 75 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
