About
Advanced Hook Launchers adds physics-driven grappling hooks for climbing, abseiling, swinging, pulling entities or players, and making momentum-based jumps. Its three hooks have distinct uses: the Pudge attaches to leaves, poles, iron bars, and fences, and can pull entities, dismount riders, or tear out torches, bells, and lanterns; the long-range Spear can attach to most blocks, break glass, and damage entities; and the elastic Web sticks to most surfaces and is safe to use around other players. Players can dual-wield and control multiple hooks, with rope tension and grappling force shaped by elasticity, target weight, and each hook’s weight capacity; the physics interactions also work in multiplayer. The grappling setup can be customized, including hook strength and fire resistance, rope color, length, and elasticity, as well as launcher durability and reeling speed.
