Ancient Warfare 2 adds medieval-themed automation, player-commanded NPCs, vehicles and siege warfare, alongside a world populated with structures to explore. Build up a workforce of civilians such as farmers, lumberjacks, miners, craftspeople and researchers, and use them with machines to automate farming, tree cutting, mining, crafting and research. Windmills and waterwheels generate Torque power for machinery, while couriers move goods between production sites and upgradeable warehouses sort and store large inventories; Torque can also connect with RF power systems. A research tree gates access to the mod’s blocks and items, giving automation and construction a progression system. More than a hundred buildable structure templates let workers construct features ranging from bridges, aqueducts, houses and shops to fortifications, factories, farms, windmills and airships; players can also scan their own structures for use in the system. For combat, recruit grunts, archers, horsemen, healers and siege engineers, equip soldiers with armor, weapons and shields, and direct troops with commander tools; player-owned troops can fight monsters and opposing forces. Deploy catapults, ballistae, trebuchets and gunpowder cannons, or use vehicles such as boats and wagons; gates, drawbridges and portcullises can be built to fit your designs. The Overworld generates more than 2,000 structures associated with 45 Tribes and Nations, from dungeons and roadside ruins to large walled or unwalled cities; these groups have distinct themes, may be hostile, neutral or friendly, and are independent rather than recruitable factions. Explore their structures for loot and money, and spend earnings at trader markets and shops; biome-specific placement and support for modded biomes help these encounters fit varied worlds. Ancient Warfare 2 also integrates content from other mods into structures and NPC trades, with supported creature mods including Grimoire of Gaia, Mowzie’s Mobs, Ice and Fire, Dungeon Mobs and Electroblob’s Wizardry.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
