Builders Delight 2 is a building-focused modpack that gives players more freedom to create in an immersive world, emphasizing building options over tech and magic systems that offer one-block solutions. It expands the palette with varied building blocks, diverse wildlife, extra dimensions, distinctive recipes, and occasional added challenges; MineColonies provides a way to automate resources. Worlds default to Biomes O’ Plenty generation, with varied biomes and animal spawns adjusted to suit them, while Terraforged is an alternative for more naturalistic terrain, including winding rivers, marshes, gradual hills and valleys, and sharply rising mesas and mountains. The pack also highlights wildlife beyond familiar farm animals, including pandas, and Terraforged landscapes such as snow fields and coral reefs. Building additions include Framed Blocks, Connected Glass, and Macaw’s furniture, fences and walls, lights and lamps, trapdoors, bridges, paths and pavings, and paintings.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 23 Jun 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 14 Aug 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 290 of its 292 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 290 of its 292 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 203 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
89 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
