Start with one chunk and expand your Skyblock world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 331 graded mods, 261 are graded A or B, 62 C and 8 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Chosen's Modded Adventure: Chunk by Chunk is a Skyblock modpack in which you begin with a single chunk and expand your world as you progress. It combines building and exploration with Ars Nouveau magic and Create-based technology, supporting projects from fortresses and cottages to intricate machines. The pack also offers quests and adventures involving powerful foes and hidden treasures, with quests to help obtain water and lava if your starting world lacks them. Its mod collection extends the core magic and technology themes with Create additions such as Create: Copycats and Create Teleporters, plus Thermal Extra and several food-focused mods, including Thermal's Delight and End's Delight.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 3 May 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 15 Apr 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 329 of its 335 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 328 of its 334 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 24 of the 286 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
48 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
