Create: Forge Frontier is a progression-focused modpack that turns Create-powered engineering into the core of a wider adventure, linking factory building with exploration and advancement. Players begin with basic mechanical power and build from small workshops toward large automated factories, using hundreds of custom recipes, sequenced-assembly processes, and production chains to progress. A customized FTB Quests questline guides players through engineering, exploration, storage, planetary travel, and endgame automation while leaving room for creative play. Exploration includes enhanced terrain, improved villages, resource vents, and distinctive structures such as an expanded Ocean Monument, a windmill-equipped village, the Sun Holder lighthouse, and the End’s Cities From the Void. The Nether and End have redesigned progression systems, and the adventure continues beyond the End through multiple planets with their own environments, resources, structures, and challenges, including Mercury’s lava-strewn surface and craters to explore for rare materials. Powerful boss encounters are integrated into progression; the Ender Dragon fight, for example, gains new attacks, a second phase at half health, and thematic boss music. Storage develops from Tom’s Simple Storage into Refined Storage, with Create-themed automation supporting the transition. Custom menus, loading screens, interfaces, and textures give the pack a coordinated presentation, including visual changes that bring Immersive Aircraft vehicles and Lootr storage in line with Create’s industrial style.
Written from the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · NeoForge, 28 Mar 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 17 Mar 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 294 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
10 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 292 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 24 of the 292 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its description and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs, files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
