Harvista is a relaxed, vanilla-inspired modpack that takes players from early machinery through industrial development and automation toward space-themed late-game progression. Its technology selection includes Oritech and Stellaris, with animated machinery and a curated, compatible tech ecosystem. Agriculture and cooking are a major part of the experience: players can grow crops, discover a broad range of recipes, prepare dishes such as soups, and pursue the legendary CatBurger. Exploration adds varied biomes, wildlife, and settlements, alongside villages and other structures such as shrines, temples, and ruins to discover. The pack also offers quiet scenic exploration as well as challenges from formidable foes, leaving players free to shape their own journey. Harvista curates 141 mods and emphasizes performance and coherent world generation, including compatibility work to help modded structures generate correctly in modded biomes.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 1 Dec 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 26 Aug 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 119 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 118 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 10 of the 117 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
1 mod can use AI in the game.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
