Heavily modified, quest-driven modpack featuring Modern Industrialization.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 267 graded mods, 195 are graded A or B, 31 C and 41 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.19.2. See the mods
StaTech Industry is a heavily customized, quest-driven technology modpack centered on Modern Industrialization, guiding players through more than 750 quests toward the goal of automating production. Its progression focuses on designing processing lines for materials and components, with recipes and quest paths modified to shape the journey through the pack. TechReborn, Create, Ad Astra, and Applied Energistics 2 expand the industrial toolkit; Create is used for only a small amount of early-game content and can otherwise be set aside. Applied Energistics 2 supports item-transfer automation once electric machines are available, while autocrafting is introduced later in progression. For an optional magical side path, Spectrum and Wizards offer exploration of a world of magic and unlock helpful items for the wider progression. Spectrum also contributes quests and added materials, including saplings, logs, gems, and bud blocks that receive processing recipes for industrial use.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Fabric, 22 Jan 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
9 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 13 Jan 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 279 of its 280 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
12 mods send something about you
We read the code of 276 of its 277 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (22 Jan 2025) in the 212 mods we checked.
18 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
65 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
