A modpack with technology, magic, exploration, and new adventures.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 137 graded mods, 120 are graded A or B, 14 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 3.1 years ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Valhelsia: Infinite is a broad-focused modpack combining technology, magic, exploration, and adventure, with content for builders, engineers, and explorers. Builders can expand their designs with a large selection of decorative blocks, while technical players can build machinery and fully automated factories using Create. Exploration includes Tectonic terrain with mountain ranges and underground rivers, caves, dungeons, and discoverable structures, with further destinations in other dimensions. Ad Astra adds a space-travel adventure to the pack, letting players discover new planets. Built-in shaders, resource packs, client-side optimization, and visual improvements round out the experience.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 9 Sep 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 31 Aug 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 137 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 134 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 15 of the 134 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
