About
Better Survival expands Minecraft combat with specialized weapons and additional enchantments, giving players tactical choices for different situations. Its weapons include a heavy hammer with a stunning, knockback slam; fast nunchaku that spin and attack continuously; daggers that reward back attacks; battle axes that can disarm foes; long-reach, throwable spears; and a crossbow that fires quickly once charged but takes longer to reload. The enchantments cover weapons, bows, shields, tools, and armor, adding effects such as healing from damage, extra damage against armored enemies, explosive or multiple arrows, faster mining, increased movement speed, and higher jumps. The mod also adds potions for effects including blindness, decay, random teleportation, and resistance to teleportation, as well as remedies that clear all, beneficial, or harmful effects. Potions and milk can be stored in cauldrons, which can also be used to apply potion effects to arrows and melee weapons; different potions cannot be mixed in the same cauldron.
