About
Elenai Dodge adds a configurable, cooldown-based dodge mechanic to Minecraft, letting players evade in any of four directions with directional movement input. A cooldown bar appears above the experience bar, making dodging a timed choice, while an in-depth configuration menu lets players adjust dodge power, cooldown length, movement options, and modpack-related settings. In the 1.12.2 version, configuration can also enable wall jumps and ledge grabs, letting players bounce off walls or boost up ledges as high as two blocks. Modpack creators can gate dodging, including midair dodging, behind GameStages or potion effects, and use commands to enable or disable the ability or adjust a player's dodge power and cooldown. The mod also supports configurable invincibility frames after a dodge.
