    About

    Knowlogy Book is an in-game, wiki-like guide that makes Minecraft documentation available as players need it, rather than presenting a large wall of information at the start. Its pages unlock as players complete achievements, and explain how items connect and how gameplay mechanics work, alongside more than just recipes. The guide includes categories for items, entities, the environment, concepts, achievement-based gameplay topics, and biomes; entries can use images, crafting recipes, trivia, helpful keybind tooltips, and structure previews such as for Nether portals. The book's content is supplied in resource packs, organized by game updates, and other resource packs can add or modify pages and categories. Recipe viewers such as EMI and JEI can complement the book by displaying recipes that would otherwise need to be added manually.
