Mystical Gears is an addon for Mystical Mechanics that expands the gears usable in gearboxes and adds mechanical-power integrations with other mods. Its gears are made from vanilla wood, stone, and diamond, as well as materials from Embers (lead, copper, aluminium, tin, bronze, nickel, silver, and electrum), Soot (antimony), Avaritia (crystal matrix, neutronium, and infinity), Botania (manasteel, terrasteel, and elementium), Thaumcraft (brass, thaumium, and void metal), Aetherworks (aetherium), and Nature's Aura (infused iron). Each gear has a power-transfer limit and multiplier, shown in tooltips; gears spinning too fast emit smoke as they lose power. The mod can also support gears from other mods in gearboxes, including by adding unsupported gears through configuration, and adds a redstone dynamo that converts mechanical power into Forge Energy for compatible mods such as Thermal Expansion and Immersive Engineering. When Botania is installed, it adds a flower that converts mana into mechanical power and an automated Manatide Bellows powered by mechanical force; Thaumcraft adds a Mystical Mechanics research tab, a vis motor, and an essentia motor. Configuration lets players disable individual gears, change their stats, and turn off the tweaks, compatibility features, or other additions.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
