A Pixelmon-centric modpack with a bit of steampunky tech, custom village and world structures, and some tools for RP.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 160 graded mods, 57 are graded A or B, 25 C and 78 D to F. Its last update came out 4.4 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Clockwerk Pixelmon is a Pixelmon-focused modpack that adds steampunk-inspired technology and roleplay-friendly activities to a Pokémon-centered survival and exploration experience, and it can be played in singleplayer as well as on a server. Its technology centers on Immersive Engineering, extended by Immersive Petroleum and Industrial Wires, alongside Mystical Mechanics, Mystical Gears, and Mechanical Crafting; players can automate Poké Ball production using Apricorn Tree Farm and the engineering machinery. Simple Storage Network provides expandable storage with wireless access and later-game automation, while Quark Oddities adds item-transport pipes and changes the enchanting system. Exploration takes players through Biomes O’ Plenty landscapes and more varied underground areas, with custom locations including Meteor Sites, Sinkholes, Healing Geysers, and an abandoned power plant inhabited by Electric Pokémon. Custom village structures include Pokémon Schools, Parks, Battle Arenas, Daycares, and Poké Ball Smithies: schools offer move teaching, parks provide places to relax, collect Apricorns, or trade, and daycares support breeding activities. Some structures hide loot or Easter eggs, while special spawning areas and natural locations can offer distinctive Pokémon encounters and useful resources. Go Stops can appear throughout the world and reward visits with drops such as berries, ingots, and Pokémon eggs. Pam’s HarvestCraft and BrewCraft broaden farming, food, and roleplay options while making growing and harvesting more consequential to survival.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 16 Jun 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 20 Oct 2019 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 163 of its 165 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 162 of its 165 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 6 of the 83 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
82 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
