A skyblock adventure with quests, magic, technology, and automation.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 238 graded mods, 205 are graded A or B, 31 C and 2 D to F. Its last update came out 6 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Factory in the Sky 4 is a quest-guided modded skyblock pack that begins with you on a tree amid the void and builds toward expanding, automating, and exploring your world. Its progression combines technology and magic with plant- and bee-based systems, alchemy, and custom crafting, alongside automation-focused mods such as Mekanism, Industrial Foregoing, and Refined Storage. You can grow saplings and crops by crouching or twerking, travel across the void with flight options such as jetpacks and hang gliders, and ride dragons. Quests provide guided progression, while exploration can lead to dimensions and destinations including the Aether, the Bumblezone, and a void dimension. The pack also includes powerful creative-item crafting and useful additions such as storage, building gadgets, and quality-of-life tools.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 9 May 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 8 Nov 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 235 of its 238 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 232 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI named in 3 of the 189 mods we checked
We found an AI tool named in them, or their authors declare AI content.
15 other mods show AI use only from after this release (9 May 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
43 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
