An immersive RPG modpack where exploration, combat, and medieval survival meet.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 365 graded mods, 279 are graded A or B, 54 C and 32 D to F. Its last update came out 5 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Legends Reborn: Medieval is a heavily customized RPG modpack for building a character and exploring a challenging medieval fantasy world, in solo play or multiplayer. Its 16 RPG classes range from Paladin, Warrior, Berserker, Rogue, and Ranger to Wizard, Elemental Wizard, Vampire, Witcher, Priest, and Death Knight, each with distinct skills and powers that players unlock and combine as they progress. Progression is built around action-based skills and quests, while enemies grow stronger with player levels; custom dungeons add traps, puzzles, and bosses, and the Ender Dragon becomes an eight-phase raid rather than a final stop. Exploration takes place in Big Globe-generated terrain with giant biomes, mountains, forests, and dangerous oceans, alongside medieval villages, temples, fortresses, ruins, and custom dungeons; 16 kinds of eyes are scattered through the world as part of the reworked route to the End. Combat emphasizes faster attacks, combos, dodging, stamina, and specialized builds, with difficulty scaling to player progression and bosses and mobs gaining additional behaviors. Survival layers thirst, temperature, weather, seasons, and food variety onto hunger, so players must carry water, eat varied meals, and adapt to changing conditions. Bronze, silver, and gold coins support shops and rewards, while eight tradeable professions grant experience, bonuses, and coin payments for activities such as fishing and brewing. Players can outfit their builds with jewelry, artifacts, and other accessories, and use customizable weapons, medieval machines, and Create-based automation as they advance. The pack also reshapes presentation with creature animations, stylized textures, dynamic lighting, shaders, and environmental soundscapes.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Fabric, 21 May 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 5 May 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 372 of its 375 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
10 mods send something about you
We read the code of 343 of its 344 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 289 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
17 other mods show AI use only from after this release (21 May 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
55 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
