A vanilla+ modpack ideal for animal lovers.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 330 graded mods, 272 are graded A or B, 52 C and 6 D to F. Its last update came out 3 days ago, for Minecraft 26.1.2. See the mods
More Animals is a vanilla-style modpack focused on expanding peaceful wildlife and realistic animals across a range of habitats, with more than a hundred new animals. Its animal additions include elephants, crocodiles, giraffes and lions, alongside creatures from Alex’s Mobs and Aquaculture 2 and additions such as More Axolotl Variants and Duckling. Biomes O’ Plenty adds new biomes, while Alex’s Caves expands cave exploration; the pack also includes hostile encounters through Hunter’s Return and Mutant Monsters. Beyond wildlife, it combines quality-of-life and gameplay tools such as AmbientSounds, RightClickHarvest, Inventory HUD+, Jade and Item Highlighter with building and utility content from Macaw’s, YUNG’s and Security Craft. The pack includes more than 200 mods, supports multiplayer, and includes Xenon and Oculus for optimization and shader support.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 25 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 26 Sep 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 330 projects and the files in the pack itself.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 316 of its mods.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI named in 31 of the 272 mods we checked
We found an AI tool named in them, or their authors declare AI content.
44 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
