A Pixelmon adventure pack for battling, building, and exploring together.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 210 graded mods, 154 are graded A or B, 33 C and 23 D to F. Its last update came out 14 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.2. See the mods
PixelBCG is a Pixelmon adventure modpack designed for multiplayer, building, and exploration, expanding the Pixelmon experience while aiming to remain true to the Pokémon universe. It brings together more than 150 mods and includes rewarding Profession questlines alongside opportunities to battle, build, and explore. The pack also includes custom datapacks and scripts, additional Pixelmon NPC skins and shop inventories, and visual options such as Lithos and Faithful textures and Complementary Shaders. Showcased builds range from a Create- and Pixelmon-furnished kitchen to a cozy base with an alchemy setup, a granite-and-willow home with a windmill, and a decorated camping area featuring BYG plants and a Mega Ampharos.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 26 Aug 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 10 Jun 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 210 of its 213 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 205 of its 209 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 16 of the 162 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
47 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
