A modpack with many ways to farm everything in your world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 274 graded mods, 79 are graded A or B, 42 C and 153 D to F. Its last update came out 2.5 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Project Infinite Technology Red is a large technical modpack assembled around the creator’s preferred mods, aiming to let players pursue a wide range of technical projects alongside extensive farming. Its content includes automation and resource-processing tools such as BuildCraft, Logistics Pipes, Applied Energistics add-ons, and Mystical Agriculture, with Agricraft-compatible farmland configured for 340 seeds. Progression is supported by more than a hundred quests that guide players through gameplay and offer rewards, including guidance intended to help avoid mistakes that could threaten a world. The pack also includes an in-game shop where players can earn money to buy powerful items, as well as custom recipes and higher-tier farming goals such as Chaos and Infinity Seeds. Players can explore a Mining Dimension configured for large ore deposits and pursue late-game content involving mods such as Draconic Evolution, Avaritia, and Extreme Reactors. The pack is designed for solo or multiplayer play, and the creator describes hosted servers as available for playing with friends.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 30 Apr 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 15 May 2021 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 285 of its 287 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of 283 of its 287 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 8 of the 128 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
159 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
