The Fox Pack is a semi-realistic magitech modpack built around surviving, exploring, and shaping your world, whether you want to create a base or factory, pursue magic, or travel to the Moon. Survival adds pressure through Enviromine’s hydration, temperature, air-quality, and sanity concerns, while Iguana’s Tinkers Tweaks changes the start by disabling vanilla tools and requiring you to begin with Tinkers’ Construct tools. Its technology and building options include BuildCraft, Applied Energistics 2, Big Reactors, Mekanism, Thermal Expansion, Chisel 2, and Carpenter’s Blocks. Magic-focused play includes Ars Magica 2, Blood Magic, Botania, Thaumcraft, Witchery, and Thaumic Tinkerer. Exploration reaches beyond the Overworld through Biomes O’ Plenty, The Twilight Forest, and Galacticraft’s planetary travel, with Ancient Warfare 2, ChocoCraft, and Special Mobs also adding adventure content. The pack also supports varied resource and food progression through Ex Nihilo, Magical Crops, Metallurgy, and Pam’s HarvestCraft.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.7.10 · Forge, 31 Dec 2015). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
7 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 29 Dec 2015 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
A Warning in 2 mods
We checked 105 of its 106 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
A Warning is not proof of malware.
Wrong result? Tell us.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 105 of its 106 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 37 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
69 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
