Adds blocks, items, foods, and changes to the vanilla game.

Better With Mods extends vanilla Minecraft with additional blocks, items, foods, quality-of-life changes, and mechanics that make the game more challenging. Its Gameplay module supplies the mod’s core content, while the Tweak module adds smaller changes such as mobs dropping equipment or heads, animals fleeing, renewable Endstone, and the ability to shear Creepers. The Hardcore module rebalances play around more consequential decisions and encourages automation using vanilla tools; examples include buckets that cannot place source blocks, movement speed changes based on materials, and a beacon system designed to encourage multiple beacons. Other Hardcore options change hunger by replacing saturation with fat that can cause negative effects when accumulated in excess, or divide the world into three stone layers. The mod is highly configurable: recipes, tweaks, and Hardcore mechanics can be configured, the Tweak and Hardcore modules can be switched off, and Gameplay content can be configured through ModTweaker compatibility.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Replaces 7 of vanilla Minecraft's models and 5 block textures.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
