An adventure pack with creatures to catch and spells to cast.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 135 graded mods, 121 are graded A or B, 11 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 10 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
BGV Adventure Survival is a community-oriented adventure modpack built on Better Minecraft 4, with additional content centered on Terraria (Confluence), Cobblemon, and Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks. Its added mods span adventure and combat content, including Aquamirae, Born in Chaos, Dungeons and Taverns, Hostile Mobs and Girls, Nyf’s Spiders, and Terramity, alongside Botania and Apotheosis. It also adds exploration and utility features such as Immersive Aircraft, Artifacts, Sophisticated Backpacks, Iron Chests, Iron Furnaces, Inventory Sorter, and Refurbished Furniture. The pack was assembled for the BGV Minecraft community phase and to simplify community server maintenance, though it can also be used by players seeking a Better Minecraft experience with these additions.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 28 Dec 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 9 Dec 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 136 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of 129 of its 130 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 10 of the 114 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
16 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
